Interview at Tiffany’s with Superstar Style Blogger Aimee Song

What’s better than breakfast at Tiffany’s? Chocolates, champagne, and a chic celebration with Aimee Song—the blogger behind Song of Style—at the jeweler’s San Francisco flagship. The occasion? The launch of Tiffany’s new Atlas collection, which Aimee wears impeccably (photo evidence above). My friend Bethann and I stopped by the soiree to try on the gorgeous new goods and catch a glimpse or two of the guest of honor. So you can imagine our surprise when we were asked if we wanted to interview her (um, yes!). We put aside the sparkle (time to focus) and decided on ten short but sweet questions for the standout style blogger.

Three things that are always in your handbag?
EOS lip balm, YSL lipstick, and Aquaphor.

Favorite fall fashion trend?
Quilted leather details—I’m obsessed with quilted leather skirts, boots, and jackets—and plaid.

First investment piece?
A Theory leather jacket or a Celine purse.

Best thing about blogging?
The best thing about blogging is meeting the people who I’m able to influence and also being inspired by the people I meet. Like today, I was just talking to a San Francisco blogger who was wearing this really amazing Theory jumpsuit, and that just inspired me to wear a black jumpsuit with crisscross heels. Also, being able to share my passion and travel is amazing.

Ice cream or fro-yo?
Frozen yogurt all the way.
